JSHS SIG members are cordially invited to review SIG activity over the past year, elect new officers, and consider plans for the year ahead. Prospective members are also welcome to attend and add to the discussion.

Junior and Senior High School SIG Open Mic

Sunday - 1:05 PM to 2:45 PM - Room 405

Are native and assistant language teachers now an accepted thread in the curricular fabric of public schools? After 20 years of JET and numerous spinoff programs, how does the future look? This open mic will be an opportunity for all participants to share impressions and information about the present, and speculate about the years ahead. Officers from the Association of Japan Exchange and Teaching (AJET) will contribute to the dialogue.
